Increasing caster can affect/improve turn-in response, increase load on inside front tire, decrease high speed stability, and reduce load on inside rear tire.

Based on how you drive the car, at it's handling limits, where do you need to make changes to suit how you drive?

Are you drag racing or roadcourse lapping?

Are you concerned about tire wear or aren't you?

You do realize that custom alignments are typically going to cost you significantly more than your standard half-hour alignment. Plus you may have to go back and get it re-done and re-done again when it turns out the changes you made introduce handling characteristics or other side-effects that you don't like. It is very much a trial and error process which requires more than a quick test drive around the block to determine if you got it right or not....unless you are doing the alignment at a track, then it is super convenient, but still pricey. So it makes zero sense to just decide to set caster to this value or toe-out to that value or camber to some other value, without having a specific reason in mind or problem you wish to solve.

Why not drive the car at a track day or autoX and decide what it is about the handling that you don't like, and THEN inquire about what can be done about it?

Find out where the local spec miata racers and privateer porsche cup guys get their alignments done too and talk to that shop owner/manager. They make take one look at your car and wonder why you are even taking up their time considering there isnt a single adjustable suspension part listed in your profile. The guy I went to raced

I imagine drag racing suspension setup is quite simple, but if you plan on doing corners, you need to take a more logical approach. You can really open up a can of worms by just blindly setting things like caster out of factory specs, and then end up just going back to factory specs again.
